ホテル タイプ別• ホテル クラス別• ホテル・ブランド• 人気の設備・サービス• 東北地方の人気カテゴリ• 観光スポット周辺• 鉄道駅周辺• 空港周辺• 大学周辺• 東北新幹線周辺の観光スポット• 東北地方の人気カテゴリ• 東北地方で検索数の多いキーワード• 年末に新青森から関東まで2人でグランクラスに乗りました。 アップグレードが「変更」とは恐れ入ります。 新青森駅にはグランクラス用のラウンジなどはありません。 ホームの待合室は圧倒的に席が足りないので、寒い中で吹きさらしのホームで待つことになります。 グランクラスに乗ると、我々二人の他は男性が一人乗っているだけのガラガラの状態でした。 にも関わらず、我々二人の席はその一人しかいない男性の隣。 いくらなんでも…と思って席を替えていただきましたが、次の駅で外国人二人組が我々の真後ろの席に座ります。 ガラガラの車輌でなぜ客を固めて配置するのか、理解に苦しみます。 ビジネスクラス以上であればコートはクロークに預かっていただけますし、手荷物はアテンダントが棚に上げてくれるのですが、グランクラスのアテンダントは車両の入り口で切符を確認するだけで、何も手伝いません。 車内に荷物置き場はないですから、上の棚に入らないキャリーバッグなどを持つ人はグランクラスの広い座席間スペースに置くことになりますが、その場合足を伸ばすのもリクライニングも不可能になります。 我慢しろ、ということなのでしょう。 座席の座り心地は非常に悪いです。 特に、身長が180cmを超えている私は、足はつくし腰の位置や背もたれの形状は全く合わないしで不快です。 170cm程度の身長制限を設けるべきです。 革張りも滑ってしまって却って不快です。 切符が椅子の下に落ちたので拾うと、手は真っ黒になりました。 読書灯を持つとネバついた感触があったのでおしぼりで拭くと、これも真っ黒になりました。 もしかして掃除をしていないのか、と疑って、肘置き、座面、リモコンのボタンを拭くと、その全てでおしぼりは真っ黒になりました。 テーブルのヒンジの箇所にはどなたかの食べカスがこびりついていました。 極めて不潔です。 おしぼりが出てくるときはビニール袋に入ったままなのですが、座席にはこのビニール袋を捨てる場所がありません。 また、おしぼりを置いておく場所もありません。 グランクラス程度の運賃では、アテンダントはビニール袋を外す手間すら負担してくれないようです。 しかしそれなら、テーブルが狭くゴミ箱もないのに、ゴミがたくさん出るものを配り続けるのはやめて頂きたいです。 座って隣と話そうとすると、二人席にも関わらず間にはパーティションがあって顔も見えません。 せめて収納や着脱可能なものに変えていただきたいです。 ドリンクはサーブされますが、グラスが空いても呼ばない限り誰も来ません。 食事は配られますが、和食ならほか弁の方が、洋食ならコンビニのサンドイッチの方が遥かに上です。 食後にアイスティーを頼みましたが、ホットしかないと断られました。 入り口で我々の降りる駅を確認しているにも関わらず、アテンダントは我々が降りる際に荷物を降ろすのを手伝いにもきませんでした。 そして、電車を降りればただの人で、なんの感慨もありません。 総じて、わざわざお金を払って不快な思いをするより、グリーン車で寝ていた方がマシだと思います。 特に、国際線のビジネスクラス以上や国内線のプレミアムクラスなどに乗り慣れている人は、乗ると間違いなくガッカリを通り越して怒りが沸くと思いますので、避けた方が無難です。 北海道に行くため、東京駅から利用しました。 グランクラスを利用、新函館北斗駅まで約4時間半、快適な旅でした。 サンドイッチか和食の軽食がつき、飲み物はアルコールも含め飲み放題です。 座席は電動リクライニングで横3列、フルフラットにはなりませんが日付変更線を超えることも無いので十分でした。 車内に女性のCAさんがいて飲み物とか持ってきてくれますが、航空会社のCAさんと比べると質が落ちますね。 訓練の度合いが全然違うのでしょうね。 また、車両が編成の一番端にあり、乗降の際結構歩きます。 新函館北斗駅に到着時には函館方面への乗り換え口までが凄い人で間に合わないかと思いました。 一番高いお金を払って乗っているのにもう少し何とかならないものでしょうかね。 window. page. init JSON. tripadvisor.
