「あわの自然学園」などに関する放射線量検査について、今月11日付けで更新されていました。 当会が要望した、移動教室期間中に提供される食事の検査や、キャンプファイヤーの焼却灰の検査があらたに更新されていました。しかし、一部に事実ではない表現があったので、さきほど教育委員会へ要望をだしました。 それは、キャンプファイヤーの焼却灰の線量値についてです。 ページには「鹿沼市放射能対策室に検査を依頼いたしました。検査の結果、焼却灰の基準値内であるため、キャンプファイヤー用薪の焼却灰として問題ないと判断いたしております。」 数値は、988.84ベクレル／kgと表記されていますが、これは当会が要望した「樹皮を剥いた薪を焼却した灰」の線量値です。 １３日に行われた陳情・趣旨報告の際、日本共産党の原区議から、「貴会から要望のありました、樹皮をとりのぞいた薪の数値ですが、９８８ベクレル／kgになりました」と報告をうけました。そこで、さきほど教育委員会へ問い合わせ確認したところ、「ホームページに掲載している数値は、樹皮を剥いた薪の焼却灰の数値で間違いありません」と回答をいただきました。 事実を表記するのであれば以下のようになります。 樹皮がついたままの薪・焼却灰の数値は ５５３７ベクレル／kg 樹皮を取り除いた薪の焼却灰の数値は ９８８ベクレル／kg 樹皮を取り除くことで４５４９ベクレル／kg減量することができます。この事実を伝えないのであれば、それは区民を欺くことになります。 また、先日の文教委員会で教育委員会は、「樹皮を剥いての対応もしましたが、（薪の）水分も多く、燃えかすがでますので、別の形での二次汚染になりますので、キャンプファイヤーの基本に立ち戻って、施設内でとれた薪を使用させていただきます。」 と回答しました。 つまり「樹皮を剥かない薪」、5537ベクレル／kgの焼却灰がでる薪を使用するということです。 まだ９月議会は終っていませんが、正確な数値を公表することを強く望むものです。 www.one-time-offer.com
